Precautions:
1) Avoid using this relay under strong magnetic field conditions. External strong magnetic fields may cause changes in parameters such as the operation and release of the relay.
2) The relay may be damaged if it is dropped or subjected to impact conditions exceeding the specified limits.
3) If the relay has been soldered onto the PCB board and needs to undergo overall cleaning or surface treatment afterwards, please contact our company so that appropriate soldering conditions and suitable product specifications can be determined through discussion.
4) For plastic-encapsulated products, after the soldering is completed, the relay should be naturally cooled down to below 40 °C before undergoing post-treatments such as cleaning and surface treatment. Meanwhile, the temperatures of the cleaning liquid and surface treatment agent should also be controlled below 40 °C. During the cleaning process, avoid using ultrasonic cleaning, and avoid using cleaning liquids that have an impact on the relay structural components and the environment, such as gasoline, trichloroethane, and Freon.
5) Applying the rated voltage to the coil is the basis for the relay to work normally. Before use, please confirm that the voltage applied to the relay coil has reached the rated voltage. For latching relays, in order to ensure their operation or reset, the pulse width of the rated voltage applied to the coil must be more than 5 times the operation or reset time.
6) For the recommended usage, storage and transportation conditions, please refer to the "Relay Terminology Explanation and Selection Guide".
